Raised in Montreal, Dougal lived in Massachusetts, BC and England before settling in Toronto to work as a graphic and web designer and developer. In 2013, she completed the Visual Arts Certificate at The Art Centre. Active in The Heliconian Club and the Don Valley Art Club, she enjoys sketching en plein air with friends.
